The more powerful and spammy guns should have longer reload times. If not a long freeze rate, but a delay timer would be activated upon reloading. You cannot shoot while the delay timer is active. This makes the user spam more carefully if they don't want to get caught reloading frequently. This is one of the issues with many players that deal with spam. It's a seemingly endless spam because of that 0.3 second reload. Honestly, who reloads that fast? Ok, it's not like other shooter games, but there's a reason why reloading balances out guns. Not because the reload nearly doesn't exist, but there to make things more balanced and challenging.
Without harming the kill potential with the BAR, it would still have it's fast fire rate, high damage, and decent clip. In exchange, it would have a longer reload time. It would still a pay 2 win gun, but gives other users a chance to counter attack. You are still paying extra money so that it's easier to kill enemies, but not to make yourself near invincible.
