Wouldn’t it be better if the books were actually sold in game? Submissions, review, and put on a shop, a library, where player submissions can be read, votes, awards would be given for the best written book?
Requirements such as, must be in the Graal world, no stealing stories from known books.

That's just taking things too far. 8/10 people won't even read lol. And whoever's writes them, must be a really bored individual. Don't take my word for it. Give it a shot.. see how it goes, Publish your pixelated books about Era.

It sounds like a good idea, although I am not sure if it will work.
Couple years ago, I participated in this thing where we mailed a huge scrapbook we can add to and would mail it to other Graal players.
It worked for like the first few people and then the last guy forgot/ didn't bother/ trolled by throwing the book away.
100% guarantee no one is going to care if you do this in game.
