Try pming her in-game. She usually replies if it's urgent I guess. You can always ask a higher staff member to contact HW for you.

Revoked on all servers, "no account created yet for (email)" on all servers. This isn't only Era, it has happened to every server I was identified on.

Who should I contact? This has never happened to me before. I have main accounts on other servers that have no account created for them. This is seriously making me worried, especially when I have no clue who to contact for a situation this serious.

I hope it gets resolved aswell. I thought it was an issue on Era but it turns out it has happened to all servers. Admins still don't have an explanation on how or why it happened.
I was told by staff member junz that this issue cannot be resolved. What the hell, I've been playing for almost 7 years and then I just randomly get revoked?
This is just pathetic, I have spent a large amount of real cash on the account, yet they don't even try to resolve it or even try to find out why it has happened. Welp, I'm gonna miss out on Graaloween and pretty much every other seasonal stuff because of this random bug that just randomly occurred.
