Xor and Hw are the main people who deal with account issues in iEra (I've heard).
They won't be issuing account transfers as stated below whenever a player requests one as there's been instance of people trying to hijack accounts and to prevent that they're only issue if you can not access your account in anyway.
Nevertheless, I'd give it a couple more days (Maybe 2-4 days) as you've got to acknowledge staff have been on holiday and duties will only have resumed today.
