Even though the Gralat lottery is super cool, I really think it’s not used as much as it should be. That being said, I think an even better idea would be if we could convert shells into tickets into a completely different lottery system (still keeping the gralat lottery).

This way we’d have tons of people converting their shells into tickets and having one person, or many, win a ton of shells.
