Need help with my graalonline server

I bought a server on graal pc & I have every admin right except for being able to make weapons/npcs or add files to the file browser, it always just says no read/write rights, can someone please help?

try looking at the graal bible, since most stuff you are looking will be there also check if your rc is connected to the right server and stuff
