New Report Function Idea

1) A PR shouldn't have access to that type of stuff
2) You went from "If there's a hacker spam a pr" to part of what I said. Not sure how that makes any sense, thanks for supporting ny idea?

1) Why not? He's making Era a better place.
2) If they want it in one area, why should we add a second report function, placing it in TWO areas?
