WebGL is a platform for games, which Graal is using to replace Flash since it will no longer be supported at the beginning of 2020.

You don't have to install WebGL as it is runs in your web browser, however you may have to enable it in your browser settings if it isn't already.
Does the game give you an error when you try and run it?
