Not getting automated emails - Hotmail

I've been trying to access my old era account for over 6 months and none of the verify approval usage emails have been sent to my inbox and spam folder.

I've tried sending support tickets on their support website and even those request support emails can't even be sent to it. Ive also been sending emails to [email protected] , but i keep on being ghosted lmao

It really sucks since ive been playing graal for a while and it sucks that ive wasted so much of my life for nothing

I have been having this issue for 3 years now dude. they never reply to me and no high staff even bothers helping me, they just help their friends
