How do you become an admin?

I was curious on how to come about becoming an admin, can someone plz tell me the process?
I want to become one.

When they are hiring for any staff position, they will have an application on this site that you will have to complete and send in. If you are accepted they will notify you.

This holds any position, you just click the right sub forum you are applying for and there should be an application thread that you will need to copy and paste into a new thread in that sub forum. You'll know if they're hiring if you see a thread with some sort of title with "application" in it.

Check the News and Updates section for staffing opportunities every now and then, follow the directions on the application, and submit. Then await patiently, you will be notified if you have been selected.
