Glasses are devices used to help vision, and are worn on the face. The face is part of the head. Glasses are therefore worn on the head, as are hats. Technically, glasses can be classified as both an accessory and a hat. Scarfs are worn around the neck, a bandana is worn on the head (so technically a hat) and ear-rings are jewelry, so they are an accessory.
"Head covering of any of various styles, used for warmth, fashion, or religious or ceremonial purposes,..." That's another definition of hat. Glasses can be used for fashion and for legitimate health correction. It's both an accessory and it's a hat.

If your argument is glasses are worn on the head, so they are a hat. Then earings are on the head. That's a hat then. Bandanas are on the head. How is that not a hat. If you create a scarf and make it on the head it's on the head. Plus graal people don't have knecks

To me it sounds like ser was wrong and snk knew it so he tried to pay simplest off to not make it a big deal and then simplest made it a big deal so they took it all away

Could ser please post why he refunded it? After simplest had the head for like a year or so and nobody did anything.
That's the whole point- why did he do this now. If he didn't, this wouldn't be a mishap.
