Ok so grandfather rule. That mean if you had your head before the rule was made you get to keep it? Because simplest has had it for a year and nobody made any peep about it until ser.
Secondly there are no glasses sold in era. Especially like the ones simplest had. There are shades. Like sunglasses that cover up the eyes. I checked every single hat and head shop on era there is nothing even similar.

Really? Have you seen simplest's head? His glasses were square and were glasses not shades like I said before. Those glasses are black and you can not see the eyes on the head. It even says in the name they are shades not glasses...
Go to the store, you can see your eyes when you have those glasses on. I bought them long ago and use them once in awhile. I didn't say they were exactly the same but they are quite similar. Just because they're called shades doesn't mean they're not glasses. The "shades" in the picture I took look like glasses, you CAN see your eyes while wearing them

It's still glasses. And in the rules, even before you had problems with your head being deleted, any heads with hats similar to ingame hats will be refunded. Imo any customs that have a hat similar to ingame, even with the grandfather rule, should have been refunded because it's against the hat rule. But seeing how there are other people with heads like yours and they still have their heads, I understand why you're upset.
Sorry but the grandfather rule should have never been incorporated, it's unfair to those who want to upload certain heads that players do, who uploaded them a long time ago, but can't because it's illegal.

Yes they don't allow heads with hats similar to ingame hats, and now it's no glasses period. Even if they look different, they don't want any. Just make sure if you find any player with a head with glasses on, let staff know that it's not legal so they can refund it, since they deleted yours.
Simplest, I'm not disagreeing with you. Because of the grandfather rule, you should have kept your head with glasses. But if they're going to avoid the rule to delete your head, they better delete everyone else who is "safe" by the rule that is breaking it, because it's unfair to you.
I know that they had the "we do not allow hats on heads similar to ingame hats", but I can't remember if that was before the grandfather rule or after. Either way, it's frustrating.

Anybody else Needs to pursache shades too and can´t wear other hats while wearing it. It would be pretty unfair.
