It's simple- you won't get a full refund of it. And besides, you may want to use the Pbp for PKing.
Sorry but there are no refunds for items, however you should try using the gun. You might actually like it.

I already have shotgun, im talking about PBP Automatic RIFLE. Its rusty now, shoots 5 dmg, 30 bullets.
It's a decent gun, it has high spread, which is useful for sparring. IMO if has one of the nicest looking gun skin in iEra. Just practice with it and maybe you'd love it. And no, unfortunately there's no chance of refunding.
I'm really sorry but we can't refund guns.
