I suggest practice. You need to understand how metal shines in relation to pixels. Your size is good, although its a bit boxy and your handle is massive compared to a noob hand. Practice makes perfect, so mske maybe 20 more guns and expirament with your gfx. Look up guides online for pixel art shading for textures. It all helps.

First of all I just want to say your gun looks very good
Second, "John Ezekiel", he put his gun on this post so he can get some constructive criticism, not for you to post a gun you obviously did not make and then say its better than his...... If you wanted to share "your" gun, then put it on a separate thread.
