How are you sure that's his real ec?
Check if he has a gang, because only pics like that are codes and they can only be in their status if it's their gang name and picture.
It could been someone's gang pic like those Event Experts or so.

He gave out free ec via pms to people who payed him valubles via trade!
Na it doesnt work. He just used IFile to switch it to 216 ec. In reality its just a number it doesnt do anything. He can not buy an ec items with it. Its like clash of clans you can get 1 million gems but then all you can do is upgrade your base. Cant attack. Basiccally your playing offline. It did not change the amount of ec he has. Just what it says changed.
Are you positive people have received ec from him? Or is this being used as a scam?
