It doesn't apply to era, like they can't get that score unless they streak themselves (which is highly impossible). I'm assuming people who have that score have jailbroken devices, because I've seen it on fruit ninja and other games.

Or maybe era is being messed up with GC.

It's a tweak that changes your game center scores, don't think anything can be done about it though, except from Apple.
