b) Every player has 2 chances before they are punished in each category above. (i.e. I am warned for Glitch Abuse, then Other and Vulgarity- I wouldn't be jailed. I would need 2 or more warnings for one of the categories to be jailed)

c) Major & Severe Categories have no warnings in place. If you are warned for Hacking or Racism you will be instantly jailed based on how many times you have been warned. If you are warned for USD each warning is classed as 5 hours jail time.

So if its viewed as a reward system which it is, I think they dodged the bullet

First, its a game. Second, I dont care that you beat me in spar. Just letting you know that I didnt spar for almost a year. Third, I recruited 17 temps not 40, and I didnt ask them to help they asked me. Fourth, I recruited 17 temps to get 10 more hours till 2k. Not generally to get 2k.

"At Least 20k Kills and/or 100 Spar Wins" That is what BlackWater requires. That, or some basic skill with the game, and a want to get better at it. The Command "Fallout" is used to inform everyone in the gang that an offensive is now occurring. Adding in the "scrub defendse" is not a needed add-on to your misinformed rant, and isn't even a command we use. There are plenty of other commands as well, that you don't know. For someone who switches tags in a base, takes it over and over, and has to recruit extra people to take a base, I can completely and sympathetically understand why it is that you don't see what's going on.
