App for customs and general graal gfx

Era needs a free app that is loaded with "templates" of gfx for custom generation. Through this app you can upload, eith era running. A ms paint/gif maker just for graal, with reasonable canvas dimensions and colors. Not every iphone user and Android user has a pc.

I don't think era has the amount of money to do that.
And those softwares will be considered copyrighting if it's used in an app which they don't own.

Don't we still have the money from the ads that snk wanted to give out as prizes? It could be funded by that one day...if that's enough? It's just that taking the time to develop it would take some work.

Well, I still use a laptop to edit customs. (It's broken now).
But they need to seek permissions in order to have their program uploaded in store.
And it's good enough that there's some apps like ArtStudio etc available but cost high.

No, because their files and you need a file holder to have it uploaded. I doubt any phone devices or iPad can do that.

Why waste money on Artstudio? You can't even create gifs on it.

I believe on Android phones you can upload customs because after all it's how I got my customs/created customs
