Is the stun gun really faster than daggers? It seems to be the same speed but you can hold the "trigger" instead of tapping super fast.

No actually you have to tap the stun gun quickly in order to do damage to other players.

Yes, what Fluffy said is true. Tapping on the fire button does damage to the players, if you only tap once it does damage once and that's it.

It is a very good weapon for 25 ec due to it's high damage and somewhat quick way to kill players.

It does 9 damage, and its different from other daggers. Another fan favorite is the katana which is 35 EC.
