    I could see that if Viper lead Grim to the next reward those other ones would be unlocked due to the previous leader not having any material for those rewards before handing the leadership of the gang over; therefore, it is right for viper to be able to access those rewards and make them however he wants.

    The person who owned the gang at the time of the milestone should be in charge of reward.

    Do u realize that it took years to get to this reward snd how many people will be sad there is a lot of prizes hats guns skins and gas mask and heal staff that viper can have i don't think it should be under his control
