Player Relations Staff

That's irresponsibility. If they don't wear their tag they don't want players to find them, therefore they don't want to answer questions.

Not really, PR's do their job regardless, even with their tag off.

You guys have hired like 11 ever since the applications came out though, oh well. The thing here is that you don't need more. You need people who are active. Yes, the applications may be spetacular, but if they can only help 2 hours a day, i don't think it will make a change. Those people who said they could help 4-5 a day (Vacations,exused PRS not included) have to keep their word, if they start slacking and doing 1 hour a day, you need to have a word with them. I've seen many PRS who log on, check uploads, check some reports and log off just like that.

Thanks for all the feedback guys, in my opinion if there are PRs online then atleast one of them should make sure that they are on tag because due to the large amount of false reports staff have been receiving, 9/10 times reporting a player won't bring any justice therefore many players such as myself prefer to contact a PR directly if they have an issue, I have found that hours can go by without any PRs on tag and those players who don't know the usernames of any PRs will struggle to get help in these situations.

There should be more Player Relations Staff from the Asian timezone.

I am sure that the PRAs and SPRs are considering this fact.
I would also like to point out that they cannot rush the hiring process, as they pick from the best of the best.

Simple solution to the problem, make PR's post there "Graal email" or one they created just for "Staff" purpose in the profile... "If you can not reach me while in game please email me at [email protected]" i know i have all my emails linked to my iphone so when ever i get a email me it alerts my phone..... anddddddd i know if you have OCD like i do i must open the email as soon as i get it...

80% of PR right now is inactive or barely gets on. I can name you all of them if you want me to or they are all in vacation or busy?

I agree, with iEra's rapidly expanding player base there definitely needs to be more PRs, I think that most importantly there should be a diversity of PRs from different time zones instead of hiring a bulk amount of PRs from similar or same time zones.

That's what they look for when hiring. They actually take time zones into account.

I do have to admit that the Prs seem so inactive to me but it is annoying how everyone just wants to be an admin because they think its cool which bothers me that a large amount of people get on graal and expect to become pr because they are a "Nice person" which is making me very annoyed I am not saying not to apply because I did and this is not just towards the younger age because I am aware that I am a very young age but still someone needs to let these people know that this is not a joke that Era actually needs some because as the video shows 3 thousand people on and no prs? There is not that easy to find new prs, i agree that many of them are inactive. But most people that apply just want to be a player relation because of powers and attention, I do see many people that would fit for the job but those people usally got warnings.

Yeah I couldn't agree more. If I were in charge of the PR team right now what I would do is divide the applications between 3 SPRs/PRAs which as a result would increase the speed of the selection process, during the selection process I would ask the three designated SPRs/PRAs to look especially for staff who are able to be active for consecutive hours each day and in addition to this I would ask them to ensure that they hire a balanced number of PRs from different time zones as as the current state of the PR team (taken purely from the Staff Team list on the forum) is roughly 8-9 PRs from Australia, 1 from England, 1 from Spain, 1 from Germany, 1 from Quebec, 2 from Los angeles etc. which begs the question as to whether 8-9 PRs from the same place with more or less the same time zone is really necessary when most other time zones currently only have 1-2 staff members.

What I do is, I add all the PRs on their iOS account and PR account. When they log on I get to ask, this way the tags won't matter.
