You guys have hired like 11 ever since the applications came out though, oh well. The thing here is that you don't need more. You need people who are active. Yes, the applications may be spetacular, but if they can only help 2 hours a day, i don't think it will make a change. Those people who said they could help 4-5 a day (Vacations,exused PRS not included) have to keep their word, if they start slacking and doing 1 hour a day, you need to have a word with them. I've seen many PRS who log on, check uploads, check some reports and log off just like that.

Thanks for all the feedback guys, in my opinion if there are PRs online then atleast one of them should make sure that they are on tag because due to the large amount of false reports staff have been receiving, 9/10 times reporting a player won't bring any justice therefore many players such as myself prefer to contact a PR directly if they have an issue, I have found that hours can go by without any PRs on tag and those players who don't know the usernames of any PRs will struggle to get help in these situations.

There should be more Player Relations Staff from the Asian timezone.

I am sure that the PRAs and SPRs are considering this fact.
I would also like to point out that they cannot rush the hiring process, as they pick from the best of the best.

Simple solution to the problem, make PR's post there "Graal email" or one they created just for "Staff" purpose in the profile... "If you can not reach me while in game please email me at [email protected]" i know i have all my emails linked to my iphone so when ever i get a email me it alerts my phone..... anddddddd i know if you have OCD like i do i must open the email as soon as i get it...

80% of PR right now is inactive or barely gets on. I can name you all of them if you want me to or they are all in vacation or busy?

I agree, with iEra's rapidly expanding player base there definitely needs to be more PRs, I think that most importantly there should be a diversity of PRs from different time zones instead of hiring a bulk amount of PRs from similar or same time zones.

That's what they look for when hiring. They actually take time zones into account.

Not all admins wear their tags, every time I log on, there are always 3 or more on.

Yeaa and we will just go to the church and pray and hope they help us...
