after seeing that gz and mafia have spawn points now
tell me as a forter how can we forters even benefit from killing 300+ now since bases have spawn points now? This just makes our pks SLOW NOW

Hey BitzSam, Why adding high freeze on the food when you eat them, that literally ruin the purpose of having food ingame because you could just get killed while eating one so why would we use a food if we can stay alive more longer without eating food than within eating food. You should do like the grenades on neo, add a cooldown of 10-15 seconds between each food you eat
Everything about current updates is cool but fort will be dead if every bases turn into neo. I have been watching gz fort after the updates. It was totally awful, at sometimes I can only see 6-7 in lobby. So I think something has to be done.

You should look at the gz and neo fort scene. You will soon know what I am trying to say. It is true what duke said, you have to experience player gameplay difficulity. Join a short 30 minutes fort. No offense.
Supposing that a player can get a constant rate of about 2 kills every 8 seconds (which is VERY good) and dies roughly each 10 seconds, having to spend 8 seconds to walk back to the action will cost him roughly 45 kills each 3 minutes. That is 10 minutes worth of forting wasted getting back to he crowd, but hey, these are just estimates. However, they're still true. Also, it is a known fact that the least kills are achieved at neo compared to the other bases. The problem you'll be causing will lightly affect the players compared to how it would affect a whole gang that is forting costing the gang roughly 675 kills (using the same calculations for a single player supposing there is only 15 members forting).

True, this in all honestly isn’t a good idea, forting is dead now and the whole purpose for allies is to allow gangs to have 15 ranks on a main tag so they can recruit on sub. This is now restricting that and gangs aren’t able to rec enough members. Food was the most pointless nerf, just like how you nerfed egg shots to only going 1 direction, but then changing it back the next day
The argument seems to have shifted from basing to how this has affected forging. First of all by adding a healing room to selective bases you are giving an advantage to the gang holding the base which gives no reason to complain. Do people really not find it annoying when they kill someone and then 2 seconds later they come running back in. Also, the nerf to the food would give heal staffs a point in a base and would also stop people from running and healing. On this thread it has also been said that fort would be adjusted.
The faster people re-enter the forting crowd the more chances you have of killing them again. Giving the gang holding the base a healing advantage with beds and the food nerf is the stupidest thing ever, further dificulting how hard it already is to break through the bullet walls that they set up, This game needs to stop changing things because its never for the better. Healing staffs have always had a purpose, food is an expandable resource, healing staffs aren't.

The point of these changes isn't to let you get a few more kills in the fort EVENT this is about basing. Capturing and taking a base.
Fort itself is going to be changed to where the PKs you get only count towards the fort score if they're from the gang currently holding the base. The respawn rooms weren't added for fort, but they will be beneficial for fort when the focus is now on capturing the base, and then pking rather than just pking, where that extra time people have to spend running back to the base will give the defenders a chance to heal up

I think that you should increase the number of flags available in the fortress for gangs above 10k to 5, and instead enable friendly-fire so that gangs that work hard enough will be still be able to get a base for a longer period of time, while at the same time making things harder as is intended.
By friendly-fire i mean gang members will do damage to one another if they do not watch who they are shooting.
If all bases got a heal room except GZ then the size of GZ wouldn't matter anymore.
Eg
Takes 10 seconds to run from mafia entrance to the flag room.
In GZ It takes 20 seconds to go from the entrance to the flag room.
Since mafia got a respawn room, that adds 8 more seconds so it now takes 18 seconds to go from the heal room back to the flag room, compared to only 2 seconds more at GZ without the flag room even though GZ is a much bigger base.
Thats why GZ also got a flag room, so that BOTH bases take an extra 6-8 seconds so that they remain the same as before

Why not making subs deal dmg but less than unallied gangs because lets be honest it makes no sense having a allied gang u can just use any other tag to make it more logical subs deals 50% dmg to main or more or less at least they are different than non allied gangs

If you heal while pking than you are doing something wrong. It wastes time and you’re better off just dying and respawning. Anyways, food was abused especially that op Christmas food all the basers liked. I don’t really even see a difference except now you can’t heal while being spammed with a 16 dmg pbp and manage to survive.
How about increasing the maximum number of gang members from 25 to somewhere around 30-35? No more than 40. I'm not reading everything, but this is my simple suggestion.
We aren't reducing damage/ any of that sort to gang allies as the ally protection was removed specifically because we don't want to encourage it.
That being said we are working to add an indicator that hopefully will be an option to turn off if you don't want it, that will show on your screen who is in your gang/ who is your ally.
It will likely be a small green ring around your player shadow for gang members, and a blue ring if they're an ally.

They should just delay the reviving animation for like 2 more seconds and none of this would be necessary

Since the basing will get harder for gangs with 10k+ hours why dont you make the 17.5k gang hat a working gas mask instead it will be hard to get 30k soon
What’s the meaning of allies if they can hit you and deal the same dmg as unallied gang what i asked is to reduce the dmg from allies what i meant it can be instead of 10 dmg becomes 8 dmg and so on still deals dmg to main but just a little bit less dmg than unallied gangs otherwise I believe that allies or subs is no longer needed u can just have any different tag and hang around as equal a allied gang and also if that’s meant to be why subs cant take flag lol allow them to take flag to...

Please don’t ruin fort, I live in Australia and my Timezone is basically dead, the only way I can PK effectivly is by forting. When I’m online only about 1300 players are online, forting has basically died and the only people benefiting are those with chemical guns camping the spawn rooms while people trying to actually put in work and fort are being punished. I’m not saying remove the spawn rooms I’m just wondering if they can be moved closer or even when fort is active the spawn changes to infront like before and when fort ends it changes back to the spawn rooms. I’m on about 120k kills, trying to hit 200k and I’ve found that these last few days have been very hard to Pk due to 3 bases being changed. I’m not just talking about myself but anyone who whishes to gain the PK rewards in the future. People who aren’t complaing are usually the ones who already have the majority of the PK rewards. I’m honestly fed up with the fact that one admin has the power to change things like this without it any of it being questioned. Add your 10k base thing or whatever just leave the last good thing I have going in this game alone, my entire inventory was full of the nerfed guns and I didn’t complain because I know it’s your job to make the game better but now I feel as if you’re just taking the piss. Please Sam, make some new guns or a new gamemode but just please return fort to what it was, I’ve been playing for 6 years on and off and Era seems to be going down hill. No matter what you change about bases experienced players will always band together and come out ontop, Obsidian or any other giant basing gang will just create another basing tag to dominate the under 10k bases. In GZ, Mafia, BBZ gangs barley get over 500 kills now, the players pking outside probably get more kills than any forter. Even if you create one massive base, gangs will still find a way to work together to avoid war.
