Isn't iEra mostly played in the US due to it being one of the largest countries? That's the only reason I could think of, but I'm not sure.

I see that the Developer Admin position is vacant, I think Dan really deserves a promotion since he has been a devoper for quite sometime now, probably one of the oldest too. Just a suggestion.

Dev Admin requires hard work. He could already become one ages ago, but I'm guessing the reason being is the work to be done and the responsibilities.

Admins are improving tbh, if they did something that u believed to be wrong be a better person if the admin harassed u its better not to fight back because admins do jail for no reason sometimes if an admin refunded ur head and u thought its good to go, don't tell them what they are doing is wrong try to acknowledge and accept it build a relationship with an admin that can help ur problems to be solved much easier I did this for the last 3 years I reported glitches + bad language and I never got warned jailed or gagged thank you for listening to me

Just a note:
I've stepped down from the position of communciations admin
While i made some inroads towards getting through the enormous backlog of tickets (There were over 600 emails i had to get through!) I can't handle the workload all alone and the current position dictates that only one person may have access and handle our support tickets.
Between helping re-invigorate the forums and get the community more involved, trying to put the newspaper back in game and being more relevant, and commitments in real life i can't handle sorting and answering all the support tickets as well, as you can imagine they can take a while to get through.

I'm a PR again now :)

If you don't know already Snk has another job irl, that if I'm honest is much more important than graal. Graal was a part-time thing for him, and it's good to see him succeeding in life. I don't think he will be gone forever, he must just have an extremely heavy workload, I'm sure we'll see him on a guest staff account soon
