Just a note:
I've stepped down from the position of communciations admin
While i made some inroads towards getting through the enormous backlog of tickets (There were over 600 emails i had to get through!) I can't handle the workload all alone and the current position dictates that only one person may have access and handle our support tickets.
Between helping re-invigorate the forums and get the community more involved, trying to put the newspaper back in game and being more relevant, and commitments in real life i can't handle sorting and answering all the support tickets as well, as you can imagine they can take a while to get through.
I'm a PR again now
