The problem with this is that the players will vote for what benefits them the most. Not what's best for the game as a whole. Maybe have qualifications depending on what's being voted for?
Like voting on ec snap shots-> You must have won at least 50 event coins total to be able to vote.
This mainly to vote on something that applies to you, not just some random noob who wants the free event coins.
50 seems a bit much. Most people haven't earned 50. Even people who activly play the game. I've actively played the game since February 2012, and I have only gotten 36.

@iHot. I'm not pro at events and I still hate them. Having a 1 in 50-150 chance is the whole point. You have to practise to earn them. x.x
