No, they just notify that there is a vote in news, people can advice or recommend stuff to any member of the council and then they will be brought forward in the meeting abd voting. The majority wins

Sorry to break it to YOU, but then get good at events! We complain because it is unfair to those of us that actually earned our items.

People don't just magically get good at events, even with practice You earned your items. EC Upload people earn their's as well. The upload process is a longer one. Events happen several times daily. That's several chances daily to get closer to your goal. Now, with all the people whining about stuff not being fair, the uploads seem to be limited to one, maybe two, a week. If you were to miss no uploads now, it would take like 23 months to get a saber. It would take about double that time if you were to only miss half. I'd say the amount of fairness is even less, now that the people who whined about EC upload frequencies have whined the admins into doing something. I say it like that, because people whined that there weren't enough, and some whined that there were too many.

Honestly, I don't even see the point in whining for more, or less. Whining for more than what we were getting is ridiculous, because we had 6 uploads in one weekend. Whining for less makes a little more sense, but not enough to really matter to me. This is a game. This is a game based on numbers, electrics, servers, ect. When you started this game, you should have been aware that this is digital. Your "hard work" was nothing more than you working your brain, and moving your thumbs. Your "hard work" is also easily reversible. You should also be aware of that. As I said, it's all digital. To whine over digital "work" doesn't make much sense to me. Don't whine about something that won't really matter to your life in the next decade. Don't tell your sob stories about how much you "worked" for something digital and ruin other's experience. It's a bit selfish if you ask me.
