I agree sK should be given to its rightful owner which is heart since kippy and pandavi violated the iera rules.

Giving Pandavi the gang is like saying that the rules dont matter and that people who commit wrong can freely get what they want. Is this the example that the admins will set? Is the lesson that should come from this situation? Seems so.

Hearts PURPOSLY gave Kippy the gang and from there she became inactive. Kippy had full leader powers and could pass the gang in any way and he chose a person who had been jailed before, so what? The gang now is Pandavi's and he can chose if he wants to give it back.

Your right. but what your missing is, iPandavi has been trying to sell the gang for money, and in-game money.
This breaks one of the General rules, USD - any attempt to buy, sell, trade, share, receive or give away items or accounts in-game for any type of real money currency or gift card codes and vice versa.
This implies selling anything for money, is not allowed.
With all these "illegal activities" involved with iPandavi,
It is more logical, and "right" to give the gang back to the original owner of the gang rather than someone who who has been trying to sell the gang for money or in game items.

Okay, so the rules are scamming is legal. Yes Hearts lead the gang for a long time, but the rules are the rules. In real life if somebody shot someone, but said they did it because the person was aggravating them, would the rules change? No. It was her own fault, and nothing should change, if you give it back, then how is that fair to the players who get scammed constantly? Shouldn't they just be able to get refunds? Even though it's a big gang it isn't different at all. She gave it to him, and it's his decision what he wants to do with it. And you people saying it's breaking the rules not giving it back to her, are just plain retarded. It may be immoral what was done, but that doesn't change anything. Layerd knows that, and I'll even tell him that myself. You can't let one player get a second chance or everyone should get a second chance. You won't get your gang back, and if you do, then everyone else who has ever been scammed of anything should be refunded.

If you allow this staff you're opening a new door, and I know you don't want that door open. Hearts for the good of the server count your losses and move on, your gang isn't as important as the server, you're pathetic if you think it is.

There has already been several doors opened. Some have gotten their spar stats back from admins who have extreme amounts of favoritism, and I see a lot of it.

I think he's referring to what happened long before that incident.

Whenever a player is trying to USD, they get jailed. Pandavi was jailed. Why would he need to deserve any other form of punishment?

I can tell why you all are mad, upset and/or sad about this. But, Pandavi got the guild without breaking rules - that is what matters. You all claim about "fairness" yet I see somewhat which isn't quite fair at all.

So? It could be illegal in game but I don't see how a gang could be taken away for this reason, if someone made a useless gang and tried to sell it and they got jailed, they would still keep the gang, that shouldn't change because some people are too sad to start over.

sK has fallen under a broken rule, iPandavi Tried to make fast cash off of sK. since the gang is in the top 10 it will fall under a different rule because it's was
interpret a scammed gang and it should of been deleted because it was being sold for USD. Thanks to Layerd, he did not delete the gang.
I believe Layerd won't pass the gang back to him because of the rules iPandavi has broken.

2) ipandavi has broken so many era rules that even his main original account was disabled
He has even broke the rule of usd-ing by attempting to keep selling sK

Other top Gangs were given second chances when such crisis happened to them
Obsidian and GETS are 2 examples
Hence sK should be given the same treatment

Pass sK back to me and I'll rebuild the gang and pass on

The fact that this has been dragged for 3 weeks has already been an unfair penalization of barring sK from any activity
Layerd is owning it for no reason
Pandavi is doing nothing in sK except for trying to sell it

Come out and tell me directly why are there differential biased corruption treatments to other top Gangs who were in similar situations and got their gang back?
