Hearts PURPOSLY gave Kippy the gang and from there she became inactive. Kippy had full leader powers and could pass the gang in any way and he chose a person who had been jailed before, so what? The gang now is Pandavi's and he can chose if he wants to give it back.

Your right. but what your missing is, iPandavi has been trying to sell the gang for money, and in-game money.
This breaks one of the General rules, USD - any attempt to buy, sell, trade, share, receive or give away items or accounts in-game for any type of real money currency or gift card codes and vice versa.
This implies selling anything for money, is not allowed.
With all these "illegal activities" involved with iPandavi,
It is more logical, and "right" to give the gang back to the original owner of the gang rather than someone who who has been trying to sell the gang for money or in game items.

Okay, so the rules are scamming is legal. Yes Hearts lead the gang for a long time, but the rules are the rules. In real life if somebody shot someone, but said they did it because the person was aggravating them, would the rules change? No. It was her own fault, and nothing should change, if you give it back, then how is that fair to the players who get scammed constantly? Shouldn't they just be able to get refunds? Even though it's a big gang it isn't different at all. She gave it to him, and it's his decision what he wants to do with it. And you people saying it's breaking the rules not giving it back to her, are just plain retarded. It may be immoral what was done, but that doesn't change anything. Layerd knows that, and I'll even tell him that myself. You can't let one player get a second chance or everyone should get a second chance. You won't get your gang back, and if you do, then everyone else who has ever been scammed of anything should be refunded.

If you allow this staff you're opening a new door, and I know you don't want that door open. Hearts for the good of the server count your losses and move on, your gang isn't as important as the server, you're pathetic if you think it is.

There has already been several doors opened. Some have gotten their spar stats back from admins who have extreme amounts of favoritism, and I see a lot of it.

Back in 2012 or 2013 i remember when someone got scammed for like 3-4 super rares and got the items back.

sK was mostly scammed by kippy, and Pandavi tried to sell the gang for Paypal money/Usd To me(Just saying)
If sK would to be passed back to Pandavi, it would be unfair, he also broke a rule of owning a guild.(Usd)
The gang should of been deleted but thanks to layerd it was not. as i told layerd a while ago,"Give it back to hearts and then let her choose the next owner of sK."
Also they need to keep track of it.
sK is in the top 10, their for it should be passed to someone who can lead it, why give it to someone who will sell it?

Like what John said. Is it fair if other players get the opportunity to get their items/stats back after screwing up once?

lol no gets wasnt hacked. sofaking was trolling a noob and he gave him the gang but the noob was smarter than he thought and he deleted it.

I think he's referring to what happened long before that incident.
