Graal will eventually die upgrade your phone or iPad to a newer model and you’ll understand what I mean the game tends to crash a lot as it’s not yet compatible with the newer generation of iPhones I found this out when I upgraded my iPhone from a iPhone 6s Plus to an iPhone XR never had crashing problems before upgrading so that’s how I know the other reason I can tell is a gamepad on Graal can only be used with iOS 7 and iOS 8 iPhone is currently on iOS 12.2 so it’s a good 3-4 years behind the new generation of software meaning till eventually just not work

Referring to #7, do you mean the comments on the account? I'm fairly sure no staff can check wether is attached to an account through email via the comments of the the account.

Referring to #8, I think we all kinda knew that.

High staff can look at the comments/notes left on accounts

A lot of people don’t actually know that managers can do that as so many people say they can’t the only reason I know they can is because 1 I have the command 2 I’ve had snk do this for me before

You are a hero to me for addressing a problem that me trying to address has lead to many issues for me. In fact it affected my gfx reputation. Zom too and everyone whom talked about this.

Pretty sure all staff can view the comments on an account, never heard of "notes" for an account though.

Ive been addressing problems for years no body ever listened to what I was saying now look what’s happened everyone looks stupid for not believing a thing I was trying to show and teach of the management

Honestly, what does Hoyt even do as a manager. He barely even talks to players and has his pm's disabled practically 24/7 and has not done anything to improve the wellbeing of era.

No idea my guess is they had no one to replace homelesswitch, he’s got messages disabled on here and on discord too

If you’re lucky there is a man located at start at random times known as “zerith” or “Tom” he use to work a lot for Graal and was also a global staff he has connections with Stephane find him and you may may just get him to speak to Stephane with enough people mentioning it too him it’ll happen

There's probably a reason you can't hear some stuff. But he surely does all he needs to do, which is manage the staff team.

To be quite honest Hoyt is one of the most hard working people I seen as manager, he is very knowledgeable on scripting and wants to add things never seen before in iEra. He helped me scripting the activity on the Cocoa shop released after Christmas. Just because he doesn't want to talk to players doesn't mean that he doesnt care for them, he probably does it to avoid spam but from other staff members he can understand what players want in the game.

He is super nice too ^^ and it would be cool people give him a chance.

A chance would be fixing all this unlinking problems that the game started to see happen back at the end of 2017 through 2018, and also ensuring Stephane updates this server and updates the game so it’s actually compatible with the newer generation of devices and so people can actually use gamepads again as you can only use them on iOS 7 or 8 and who even is themat outdated like cmon

Apparently they have been happening for a long time. Before they get fixed, he should have a list at start of all the things you could get unlinked for.

That is something harder to make that requires a long time though, unfortunately it is not something you can say "fixed" and it is instantly fixed. The managers can't control the owner of the game, so we are limited to what we have for now but that doesn't mean that the fixes will never come. We do as much as we can ^^

I mean he became manager after it all happened and probably has no knowledge of it just like most of the current staff team have no knowledge over who has been unlinked and for what reason. So for people with no knowledge about it how is anyone supposed to say it isn't fair?

As an aside, unlinkings are not just an iEra thing. When an account is unlinked, it means the email was disconnected from whatever graal account was associated with it. This means that if you get unlinked, your Ol' West account, Classic account, Zone account, and Era account (and whatever other servers there might be) associated with the email would all be affected. Because of this, unlink reasons may not have even occurred on iEra. It's a global thing, and iEra staff have nothing to do with it as far as I know. Whether or not the manager can help with unlinks, I honestly have no idea (because it's a global thing, not an iEra thing).

As of right now, I do know only one instance of someone getting their account relinked. And this was not done through toonslab, it was done through [email protected] (that's a global email for general account issues not related to any server). From what the person told me, he emailed them multiple times spaced out between months trying to get his account back. He told me that to get the account back, he recalled a situation in which he mentioned that certain other game and explained to them what was actually happening in the situation and what he thought was the reason he got unlinked. He defended himself and the situation was looked into, and ultimately he got his accounts back. Whether or not that has worked for anybody else, I really don't know.

iEra staff have no control over unlinkings, as you just stated its done by global staff that we have no say in. Just cos you can't find one doesn't mean they cant unlink someone. I have no clue about how youre getting caught cos like I said before we have no knowledge of unlinkings so we dont know when or how they occur. I have no clue about contacts with global staff, I dont think I know the name of one of them.

That's alright. We (All of Era) should definitely have more communication though because different people know different things about this situation.

The thing is the current staff team have no association with unlinkings and I believe we dont want any because its either been done by past staff members who arent here anymore and have left us with the troubles we have to fix and we now get blamed for and its also global staff who do it and we have no idea about it until we see its done.

There’s possibly more basically to narrow a global staff down its someone with high powers and works on a few if not all the Graal servers.

Also just to put this out there I do agree with you can be unlinked on a different server and perhaps not be iEra, but to narrow my case down I don’t play on any other servers.

Oh and all managers have access to chat with unixmad, and all you staff should tell Hoyt about this nonsense as I’m sure he knows about it I have had Mish work on this case for me along time and was telling him about it and before Hoyt disables his messages I had messaged him this situation on an older Era go account

I can only check things in regards to Era, but global account stuff is inaccessible to me. I've tried looking for reasons why people may have gotten unlinked, but I haven't been able to find anything at all.

•update server
