M16's nerf
It was probably bound to get nerfed sometime. Proving itself to be one of the most versatile weapons at a fairly early price. As of right now, the glock is very close in stats with the m16, only with the exception that M16 is actually weaker than the Glock. The glock's rate of fire is slightly slower than M16 and has slightly more freeze, but it seems as if the glock is slightly more overall more price efficient than M16. Very slightly though. The extra money paid on the m16 is that it's easier to use than the Glock. Bear in mind the upgrade price on the m16 is the 2nd most expensive price in the game of the other guns.
Starter Pistol Buff
Unseen but not much harm caused. The starter pistol was one of the weakest weapons in the game having both pathetic damage and very low fire rate. Making it one of the slowest damage per second gun in the game. With the buff of the fire rate gives new players enough fire rate to understand the concept of a moderately average fire rate gun. The weapon serves as a good glimpse of a balanced like weapon with the exception of low damage. One thing to note is that the starter pistol actually seems better than the handgun while being compared as single weapons. While the handgun has slightly more damage and has slightly wider spread, both of these guns are very close in rate of fire. It doesn't kill the reason to buy the handgun though. Paying for dual handguns will benefit much more than the dual starters thanks to it's wider spread and 2 bullets per shot.
Assault Rifle Buff (Needs Attention)
Assault Rifle was frowned upon for having below average stats for it's price. This new buff is over the top. Blessed with it's 2 bullet burst, adding up to 10 damage per bullet. That's right. 10 damage total when upgraded. This damage buff does not match well with it's rate of fire and freeze rate. Even the reload isn't enough to compensate for it's versatility. This weapon's buff has made it so op up to date. Capable of taking down bars and other expensive guns with it's great spam potential and devastating damage. Rebalancing should be considered. As this weapon has hit the top tier. It's the definition of Bar's brother but only cheaper with burst fire. After testing this weapon has led to intimidating results. Even called hacker after using this gun.
M16 has the exact same freeze rate as the glock, being 0.2 but has a 0.7 higher fire rate (which is fairly significant) with more spread and a quicker reload. Even though with the 7 damage max on the m16 making it need 1 more bullet to kill its faster fire rate enables it to win more easily. I did a small test with a stop watch and after timing 10 secounds firing the 2 guns non stop whilst accounting for their reload times, in 10 secs the glock can fire 22 bulllets, whereas the m16 can fire 33 in the same time.
Assault rifle will probably be made 3.5 damage again, as i said in my first post the 4 damage was just a test
Just by personal preference, the glock would be better since it has slightly higher damage. The fire rate doesn't make much of a difference. At least in my point of view. Unless the player is in need of more rate of fire, the m16 would be their choice over the glock. Reloading can be compensated when used appropriately.
Well if you have the m16 you can pin down glock users with its fast fire rate and spread, if you can corner them in a spar then there's not much the glock user can do. You may prefer the glock but statistically the m16 is still better
But seriously, the Luger need a ROF buff. Like 0.1 or 0.05 less.
I will explain, the Sawed AK47 deals 9 damage, more fast than Luger and cost 90,000$. The Luger deals 9 damage and cost 40EC's. The EC's was used to be hard to get. But now, they're super easy to get an EC. The AK74u is better than Luger and yes, I know, the AK74u deals 8 damage. The Luger need to have a ROF buff, seriously.

Ok you've actually to be kidding me. Once again, we see a decent ec weapon, go down the drain because of inapplicable complaints. The flamethrower, when released did 2 damage, auto, and could be used in events, and could avoid the hit timer to make up for its low damage. Then
It was taken out if events, becuase yogy won like 2 spar tournaments with it and everybody cried. Then it was boosted up to 5 damage, because bases have no hit timer, and it's ability to avoid te hit timer, preettyyyyyy much became useless. I also forgot to mention, it has an insanely long reload time. Now you take out the auto, and it's the biggest joke ever.

i swear. i hope your not serious. I hate when people complain about weapons. What happens is that complaining about stupidness can nerf guns, but you can give a thread of legitimet arguements and proof, and they wont buff guns.

Can't tell if your post was directed at me, or the person who decided somehow, the flamethrower was OP.
I like how you're saying it's useless, a waste of ec, and a terrible gun. It has the exact same stats except now you have to tap instead of hold down fire so that if you want to use the 0.1 freeze and 0.1 fire rate you have to work for it. It does 5 damage plus fire damage AND has a larger hitbox area like the ac cannon does. When you see a player who is new to spar with 2000 wins beating sparrers with 11-20000 wins continuously using the flamethrower you can kind of tell something needs to be adjusted. Not only that but i've recently been seeing people abuse a reload glitch to cancel out its reload time making it as fast as bars reload.
Also when it was released it was semi, it was made auto when it was made 5 dam
x-x the flamethrower is good for Me. But isn't pc all guns still auto? That's one disadvantage to win against one semi spam, and one automatic firing.
At least my sparring is easier now and I found that glitch first Sam till people saw me using it and got more flame(idc).
Hey guys I just bought a flamethrower in real life. Sadly whenever I hold the trigger down it only shoots one ball of fire.
I mean, when you imagine a flamethrower I kinda think of a constant stream of fire, but hey, this is era where logic is non-existent.
I get it, about 20 people are gonna post a bunch of examples where era has no logic, and call my argument invalid. But I seriously doubt anybody can press the attack button as fast as it fires when it's full auto.
THE GUN WASN'T EVEN OVER POWERED!!!! Why fix it if it isn't broken -.-
Sam, the least you could do is give an option to make it full auto. I don't even own a flamethrower and I feel bad for my friends who paid 100 ec for a balanced weapon, just so it could get nerfed for no apparent reason.

If it isn't a nerf then why did you do it? Why interfere with a balanced gun when you KNEW it would piss people off?
And yeah it is definitely a nerf, it is not worth the literal pain to press the button 100 friggin times a second just to keep up with its previous rof.
I don't really care why or how you changed it, if you buffed it I wouldn't care, the reason I care is because you took a balanced weapon that had no glaring flaws, and messed with it.
And your reason isn't even legitimate, a legitimate reason would be like "oh the weapon has a higher damage per second than bar!" Then yea fix it, BUT IT DOESN'T.
Not "oh you don't have to work to use the gun" then why don't you make everything semi. sten, m16, they all have this same "problem" of requiring less work. At least with the m16 you can tap your finger fast enough to use it semi.
And, when you said that the flamethrower dominates in spar that is also completely false. the bar dominates in spar, and is 100x easier to get than a flamethrower.
I've used a Shipka for about 3000 hours tapping as fast as possible and it hasn't yet.

Now that the auto fire has been added back and the rof has been decreased and the clip reduced to 18 wtf is wrong with you the flamethrower is now a complete waste. Like Collin said it needs it's speed, it's perfect example of good guns going down the toilet why ruin a good gun that isn't as easy to obtain like a bar PBP etc. before it actually competed with those guns and it was well balanced and now you have gone and ruined it. You can obviously see by the number of ppl telling you that now you have ruined it fix it back to the way it was before you took away auto fire
why did you nerf the flamethrower... for 100 event coins it sure sucks now. before it could kills bars and stuff but now it sucks completely . either change it back or refund the event coins -.- (infinity x grant)

I'm tired of this bs! Omfg honestly wtf is this? I buy a saber next month they nerf it 8 damned times! Then i get flamer and in 3 months its twice slower and has twice less clip! It still has the fastest firerate and lowest freeze of any gun in the game. It does 5 damage upgraded as well as 4 fire damage, and the flames have ac cannons hitbox, and along with its spread it makes it easy to hit people. I honestly don't see how it's a "worthless piece of crap" Besides it's still better than the gas launcher which costs the same

Obviously you are blind cause it's a worthless piece of crap you have so many ppl telling you how crappy it is and yet you nerf it worse you're doing one hell of a job lmao put it back the way it was before you ruined it . Don't fix something that isn't broken, open you're eyes and see you messed it up, you keep referring to this hitbox crap when it needs it's fire rate to be the same as it was before you made it semi auto.
Gonna test this weapon in both basing and sparring. As of right now, this rate of fire nerf really harmed it's performance from before.
I'm not complaining or anything, flamethrower is 100 ec not many people having it. I know this gun dominates in spar as I've been sparring Starx with it, I can't really dodge all the fires cause I don't know where the gaps are when he spams it xD. Semi-auto seems good enough, my sawed ak is semi-auto but I don't really use the feature much. I just tap it really fast, it's not hard to spam when flamethrower is semi-auto.
If you're changing the stats of the gun because on how it works at spar, just ban it from being able to be used at spar? It's just my opinion if you think it's unfair.
The flamethrower's auto fire rate has been nerfed, but it's semi auto fire rate is very close to the original fire rate. The clip size might have been reduced, but it's still quite effective in spar. As for basing, it's yet to be determined. By the looks of it though, this weapon's price is a huge jump from the Ak47u. The more price efficient weapon and great spar weapon. Flamethrower retains some of it's spam potential, but the nerf makes the flamethrower lean a bit more towards "You need a bit of skill to use this". Simply holding down the trigger won't help. The player must tap in proper rhythm to maximize rate of fire. Rapidly tapping the the button aimlessly will not maximize rate of fire. It's still a hard weapon to dodge, but lost its potential for being one of the easiest weapons to use (aside from the reload). While the weapon had that trait to satisfy players when they buy this weapon due to it's sheer destructibility, the nerf made it more balanced but less rewarding for a 100 ec weapon.
