The whole idea of a Toonslab ticket is to gain help from them on that one ticket without having to go and send an email to a different person for help just seems pointless and a waste of time also makes Toonslab useless as well as that’s what it was built on,
I’ve had this issue happen before but that’s when snk was manager i sent a ticket and my account was fixed in less then 24 hours of sending a ticket didn’t even have to email anyone else but 5 days waiting for help is just ridiculous especially when you’ve spent a good $13,000 AUD on your account
