layerd owns sk??!!!

Whenever a player is trying to USD, they get jailed. Pandavi was jailed. Why would he need to deserve any other form of punishment?

I can tell why you all are mad, upset and/or sad about this. But, Pandavi got the guild without breaking rules - that is what matters. You all claim about "fairness" yet I see somewhat which isn't quite fair at all.

So? It could be illegal in game but I don't see how a gang could be taken away for this reason, if someone made a useless gang and tried to sell it and they got jailed, they would still keep the gang, that shouldn't change because some people are too sad to start over.

Still this player is known for what he does and many gangs and players get these second chances, why shouldnt sK?

sK has fallen under a broken rule, iPandavi Tried to make fast cash off of sK. since the gang is in the top 10 it will fall under a different rule because it's was
interpret a scammed gang and it should of been deleted because it was being sold for USD. Thanks to Layerd, he did not delete the gang.
I believe Layerd won't pass the gang back to him because of the rules iPandavi has broken.

Could you name them all and say if they got their hours back (Gets and Obsidian don't count)

Hearts gave the gang to him, he attempted to sell it so they punished him for it, what rule states the gang should go back to hearts? It's no longer her gang no matter what contribution she put in at the beginning

You have already deprived sK of 3 weeks of working time by holding on to the gang
1) the gang does not belong to layerd you are an admin you should be fair
This is against the rules to just take away a top gang in your account
2) ipandavi has broken so many era rules that even his main original account was disabled
He has even broke the rule of usd-ing by attempting to keep selling sK
We have the evidence

Other top Gangs were given second chances when such crisis happened to them
Obsidian and GETS are 2 examples
Hence sK should be given the same treatment

Pass sK back to me and I'll rebuild the gang and pass on
Or let me decide who is the next most ideal person to take over the gang and continue its activity
Be fair to sK

Greetings! As you all know, Hearts Vandervoodsen is back. She is now wanting her gang sK back. Hearts has been inactive for a while, but that does still not mean someone can take her gang as their own. Please let Hearts reclaim her gang once and for all so she can gather all the old members that still are active. sK is a gang with memories, don,t ruin these.
