Is email changing possible?

I can't sign into my account on era because the email its identified with is no longer receiving emails. Meaning that I can't identify through email. I can still play the game on PC though through facebook. I can't submit a ticket because I need to verify through that email my account is attached to, which again, is no longer recieving emails. I emailed era staff about this but they told me to email support@graalonline but they didnt reply. I emailed era back to tell them about this but era didnt reply back either. I've been waiting for a reply for over 8 days. What can I do?

Give it some time, sometimes it takes a while if the issue is really complicated.

If it wasnt already a complicated issue, my facebook shows me identified with a completely different email. I tried this email on my phone and it just made a new account.

Not sure what causes some emails to just not get graal emails.

What I would do: make a new email. Email [email protected] from that email saying that your other email doesn't seem to receive any graal emails and provide proof that you do own that email. Alternatively, submit a ticket to support.toonslab.com from an account identified with the new email and explain the same thing, providing proof of ownership as well. Try either or both and hopefully it gets all figured out.

It doesnt recieve emails at all. I emailed graal support about this whole situation almost two weeks ago with no reply but I guess I can try again. From what ive read here, a lot of people email them with no response. Is it even active?

It might takes several months, maybe years for a reply. I’d recommend you to try every week to send an email trying to explain your problem in a short paragraph but well detailed. Goodluck.

If the email you identified with is no longer receiving any emails, I would highly recommend talking to your email provider about this issue, they may be able to sort it out for you.
If it's not receiving graalonline emails, check your spam folder, and again; talk to your email provider to ensure they haven't blocked emails from graalonline. Hope this helps!

I don’t think email transferrals is a thing anymore ^^ as junz said contact your email provider they wilrobably fix it for you and they’ll respond much quicker quicker then graal.

The provider would not respond to me either. At this point im just waiting on support to email me back.

Ok ive been emailing support and they havent responded. its been over a month, and now ive been suddenly unlinked from that email and I can no longer get into that account at all. I could through facebook but now im just unlinked :( i didnt do anything. I was in the middle of playing events when it happened.

What do I do...

You submitted tickets and emailed using a new email correct? Not the one that wouldn’t receive any emails at all? Are you checking spam folder?

If the answers to all of those are yes, then I would go back and try to talk to the email provider and figure out why you aren’t getting any emails. Keep sending emails every 7 days if possible, hopefully something gets done on either support’s end or the email provider’s end. I honestly don’t know if it’s support not replying or if it’s an email situation.

Hm, I don't know what kind of "malicious language" would get you unlinked instead of jailed... I don't really even know what people can normally do to get their accounts unlinked. I really wish I could help more, but all I can really do is tell you to keep trying graal support. I'm sorry, I do wish I could help more.

Thank you for atleast answering me. They were really quick to respond to me until I asked them if they could tell me what I had said. Its been a full 24 hours now with no response on that. If they don't have proof of anything, I atleast want to know who did this to me. I want to know which admin ordered this. I want a civil discussion with this admin but I doubt theyll bother listening to me. :/

Email change is possible, but it's most likely that they'll deny your request. They do have an "active period" in which they check their emails, but as far as requests asking for an email change, the chances of it being accepted are extremely low unless there's a legitimate reason as to why you need it.

You also need to prove that you own both email addresses for your request to be taken seriously.
