I think you can Get an email change only if you got access to the email you wanna change.

Email change is possible, but it's most likely that they'll deny your request. They do have an "active period" in which they check their emails, but as far as requests asking for an email change, the chances of it being accepted are extremely low unless there's a legitimate reason as to why you need it.
