it happen to joud already too... i were basing with grim and people were using rude words she didnt did anything to them just write"lol" and today she did events(and saw tachi got take away) and she ended it like what the hell?

That's completely normal.

I know you might not agree to this, but they're jealous.
Some people try to degrade others to feel themselves better - they think they would improve their own life by doing it.
I'm not accusing anyone in this thread of doing it, but it may be a possibility.

Let's be realistic:
I'm pretty sure our team is not always perfect.
It happens - we're mostly hiring teenagers, since that is pretty much our playerbase. We only have a few adults on our team.
We don't know these people in real-life, so we can't know how they will behave as staff.
If someone abuses/doesn't do his job, he'll eventually be removed. If you think we're missing something, you can always contact us.

Be positive, and if you think someone's abusing or not doing their job properly - tell us.

There should be a high staff who watch all the new staff in their first 1-3 weeks without they even know, even on their player account, because most of the time the staff curse/use vulgarity on their player account.
