That's completely normal.

I know you might not agree to this, but they're jealous.
Some people try to degrade others to feel themselves better - they think they would improve their own life by doing it.
I'm not accusing anyone in this thread of doing it, but it may be a possibility.

Let's be realistic:
I'm pretty sure our team is not always perfect.
It happens - we're mostly hiring teenagers, since that is pretty much our playerbase. We only have a few adults on our team.
We don't know these people in real-life, so we can't know how they will behave as staff.
If someone abuses/doesn't do his job, he'll eventually be removed. If you think we're missing something, you can always contact us.

Be positive, and if you think someone's abusing or not doing their job properly - tell us.

There should be a high staff who watch all the new staff in their first 1-3 weeks without they even know, even on their player account, because most of the time the staff curse/use vulgarity on their player account.

We have a thread like this every other week.
Instead of complaining all the time, provide actual proof or use the "Letter to the Staff" section to talk to us about it.
By spreading your negativity and pessimism publicly all the time, it looks like you're trying to get something out of it - which is being able to complain about something.

If this thread wasnt public im 100% sure the staff team would read this and think im a dirty filthy lier and i just hate the world and i hate every admin for no reason and want them all fired

Last week I missed the auction because the auction wasn't even enabled when the auction was hosted,
And all the guns were 99k- like MTAR, but when I do not miss the auction everything will be 200k+ idk how tf, but come on, let the auction timer auto-set itself so no one will get annoyed from that.

Our staff is not being paid - which is why members from our community are being hired as staff.

There are only a few staff members who don't play any longer, including me.
Mostly because we're more into development, rather than playing the actual game.

And @Slapjack:

It would be great if we could do some sort of quality control.

Exactly what I was saying. A trial of some sort, intern, apprentice. Whatever you want to call it. Before keeping them for the job. I believe they should be at least mildly monitored on their typical behavior. It should be common sense what isn't acceptable for a new staff member. And if they just don't do their job reasonably within a set time frame they should be removed.
