Staff birthday hats: We no longer celebrate staff birthdays, as of 2016. More time for content aside from hats that you guys will enjoy
With the Theatre, I think there should be submissions for plays. Either they can act them out with a team or staff can. If staff act what players do, who will know who made the script? It'll be pathetic. (Unless there is a "Director" chair and the owner of the script sat there.)
Also, I think that the players who were successful on their plays being part in iEra Theater, they should get some cash for their hard work. Rules are;
Script must be in any other play forms.

-Signs of vulgarity or sex scenes will lead you to consequences.
-The play can only be 10 minute long or short, nothing big.
IMPORTANT: This is taken serious, please take your time and show iEra the Shakespeare in you!
As said, not all players will be accepted, but some.
Players must build the scene and them to the script so LAT can know what to do.
