I guess you dont get what I am trying to say. There is a lot of new gangs like strive, black flag and slu elite. But they are just branch gangs of Obsidian and nbk. Era needs new gangs with new players. Not new gangs with players from the other gang. Lyk, you should go base for another 5 months before you want to talk about monopolization. Old gangs get more members than new gangs. If you know that one single gang ranked member has like 3 pages of friendlist to rec.

Talking about rewards. Rewards is something era alrdy has until there is excessive. You can get hat from a lot of events like gst, crypt, designing a hat for an event in game other than basing. Rewards are ez to get for experienced players. But not for newbies. One single guy could have like 10 reward hats.
