That was highly unusual. Did you buff the "Cinco Cannon" Sam? It seems nice for a 45k gun that can no longer be obtained. Though the Egg Launcher is the worst of all artillery based weapons and even as a weapon itself. Having the longest freeze rate in the game. That's if you combine both the freeze rate itself and the auto reload freeze.

He drastically decreased the freeze rate of that weapon. Making it ideal as a "Fire and hide" type of gun. The auto reload is still in place, so you still need to be careful when using the weapon. The reduced freeze rate allows you to move slightly before reloading.
