i agree with that person who said "your idea blows cock" no offense but i 100% doubt there will be an ec refund thingy every 6 months, if its every 6 months then whats the point having it, lets say i got a kiwi knife and i had it for a month and i stopped using it and then i wanted a katana, i would have to wait 6 months and by then i could of got the ec to get the katana anyways, so yeah, i personally dislike this idea and disgree with it sorry.
