I'm assuming you were not playing before the shop was released. The mouse hat was originally an actual pikachu hat, but somehow it was found to be copyright because it's nintendo's. It was then edited and made to be a mouse hat, yet it may still look similiar to a pikachu

I could always go and use iFile (it's not iFile, but it has the same functions, thank God for Android) and look at his profile. The extra use (how I find shield codes, etc) is that you can delete image files to easily "clear Era's cache". I'll simply get online and look at them, trying to see as few images as possible, then look through the filesystem and find the file name. You could probably img src it into your status once you have the file name. If you remember the person's name, Merp, I could get the file name for Veteran Noob if you gave it to me.

By PM on the forums, of course... We wouldn't want the person to get spammed.

I found it in the .nomedia>levels>images>era
Fun fact about that file path... It can only be augmented by admins, as far as I can see. My first search area was the profilelogos, however, it was in the era file... Odd. On top of that, you'd probably have to ask another staff member about why it was added and if it has any copyright violations (@Vendhin). Have fun with it!
