Just briefly looked up the Ebola virus and look what I found!

Possibly what they're "hiding" is being tested so they could get near to the cure,which will take a long "while".

In that link I posted too, it says that the 90% death rate is only with NO MEDICAL CARE with MEDICAL CARE it's a 60% death rate. Which still isn't good, but it's better.
