Digging is one easy job on earning.
Ignore what others say about how digging has really suck a lot, they just don't know the actual reasons why it's nerf.
Trash picking+picking mushroom+mailing is one good job to earning fast, not only do you get $ but also travel around the map to look for random stuffs(to me it's fun, really).
