Don't you think there's too many players on era? Something needs to be done about that, I believe that's the cause for having the server slow and laggy. Maybe admins can reduce the timer for disconnection when not moving because I just see lots of players(500 hrs or less) at start afking. Or maybe an update or upgrade of the server?
They should delete some players that have less than 50-100 hours, Era got too much players and maybe one day Era will be full and other players in the world couldn't play due to many peoples.

if there's some one to be deleted it has to be XstarX coz he so fat he takes up 75% of the server
3000 players isn't a lot, but it is for this server.
Or we can delete people that quited for 30+ days?? Or maybe all the newbie acc that very inactive.
