I entred the shop to buy a gralat pack, when I bought it, I did not receive money, I'm waiting for 1h I refreshed the game but nothing happened I think I was scammed.
Please anything u say would help,

I don't think you were scammed. Probably some technical glitch of sorts. You need to put a ticket in at toonslab or something.

If you had an in-app faker as well than that's what it is. See graal usually detects it and thought you were scamming it, but in reality you were actually trying to buy the product aha. So in about 2-3 days you'll get an email with the purchase receipt, and just send that to snk via Facebook and he'll take care of the rest.
