i found that era is too... aggressive to guys with start skins. here are some of points.
1. all say that you are noob. is not really annoying.
2. if you have any cool stuff like chaplain (i moved it to second account) all say that you are scammer and even report you.
3. on trade tables all say so... bad offers with so... bad hhhm words? so much spam and all so aggressive.
we need to do some thing with this. i know that we have too many players in era but it does not mean that we need to scary new players

i think we need to have improved system of reports or some thing like new BIG team of players that help players. almost new players. like player relations but here they will have nothing or just 500 gralat per month. i would like to help people but i cant help all graal only one

Noobs have earned a bad reputation so I can't blame people who treat them rudely. Noobs are extremely annoying and disgusting, it is hard for someone not to look at them as a pest (even if you only wear the skin and are not necessarily a noob).

IMHO, anyone with under 500 hours should not be able to PM or chat with players above 500 hours. They have nothing of interest for the more experienced players except crap offers and conversations that really do not interest us (Player Relations should deal with them). Also, they shouldn't be able to befriend experienced players. Noobs send out random friend requests, often followed by "please donate plzz" or "36 shells + carrot dagger for umbrella". As soon as I get a similar message, I block them. I have over 300 people blocked so far.

Noobs are no different from anyone else apart from them not having played the game as long, I have once had a wonderful conversation with someone who had under 1 hour yet I get some dreadful conversations with immature idiots who may have a couple thousand hours.

you sad that why i cant just help them. i can but i cant play all the graal. and player relations are not playing on the map. they answer SOMETIMES messages but how can i message them if i dont know their account for example.
