All of those are really no problems compared to THE REAL PROBLEM:

A lot of people are wasting their time filling out applications, fact is, friends of staff members are the only ones who stand a chance. It's a popularity contest. To me it doesn't really matter, I've never been interested in a position since I truly do not have the patience to deal with little kids, it is just not for me. But for people who truly aspire for a position, make sure you befriend a staff member and you have to be on your knees 24/7.
