Sorry guys, I kinda left Era.
I'll try to place how to place items and change the clothes.
Though, I only know how to change the NPCs with newbie clothes.
I'll try whatever I can find to try to apply the customs.

You can find the white NPC by going the category with Baddies, NPCs and Chests at the right side.
