Just report him and block him. If nothing is happened by reporting, pm a Pr or an admin ingame and ignore him until it is dealt with. Also, if he keeps finding you, take of the option "appear on map". Hope this helped!

First thing y to report him the next time he will repeat what he is usually doing , ignore him and block him .
